ABOUT JORDAN

Jordan is the founder Afrodrft, a multidisciplinary creative team building infrastructure for community collaboration around one animating question: "What If?" This start-up addresses the impact of innovation on communities and small businesses, using a combination of art, design, and strategy to help the public navigate the future and develop new ideas in grassroots thinking and uncertainty. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee and now rooted in Oakland, Jordan recently completed his MFA in Design and MBA in Design Strategy from the California College of the Arts. He is a proud Memphian and a lover of the Bay Area.

This pancake is from the future. Attendees make their own assumptions and ideas about how a trend, event, or innovation led to this new pancake. The Future Mundane explores ideas and innovations that may not be perceived as world-changing, but could play a grand role in changing the way society moves.
