ABOUT SARAH

Sarah is a climate resilience practitioner, community builder, and deeply relational person who believes that when our communities are cared for and connected, everything else becomes more possible. Sarah’s life and work have been shaped by a commitment to environmental justice, care for communities that have been made vulnerable by systemic inequities, and the belief that people deserve spaces where they feel seen, supported, and connected to one another. Sarah moves through the world with a deep respect for creativity, storytelling, and emotional expression alongside data and systems thinking, because for her, those ways of knowing belong together. She currently manages a technical assistance program supporting coastal jurisdictions and Tribal communities navigating sea level rise and urgent climate risks.
