ABOUT LIZ

Liz works in the nonprofit sector, specializing in community engagement, advocacy, outreach, and direct support. Drawing from her background in political science and project coordination, she focuses on people-centered approaches that connect individuals and families to resources and community-based services. Grounded in equity and wellness, she is committed to strengthening communities through meaningful connection, advocacy, and opportunities for growth and access.

Outside of work, she enjoys searching for the best coffee spots, reading, going to live concerts, and traveling—usually somewhere between planning ahead and going with the flow.
